Maybe you have never been to therapy before and have no idea what to expect, or maybe you are simply looking for a new counselor who will meet you where you are at in your life. I provide empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard to individuals navigating a variety of challenges life has brought to their doorstep.

My approach is based on an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, which focuses on navigating the difficult and often debilitating thoughts, memories and emotions we are bombarded with which keep us from being present in our daily lives.

Being swept up in thoughts and emotions can rob us of precious everyday experiences that pass us by, and keep us from truly engaging in the life we want and deserve. If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, daily stressors, trauma, boundary setting, or self-exploration, you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
